To all,
Due to the current CoVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we wanted to provide you with an update on Nicholas Scott’s preparations to protect our operations from any disruption and ensure the safety of our staff, consultants and clients. First and foremost, our thoughts are with all those whose families have been affected by this global event.
We are currently following the latest government lockdown, and as such, all our staff have switched to a remote working model for the foreseeable future. Our aim at Nicholas Scott is to provide a quality service to all our consultants and clients, and we will continue to do so while monitoring the situation closely.
We have replaced external face to face meetings with video/audio conferencing wherever possible, so if you already have a meeting arranged with one of our team, we’ll be in touch to discuss. Furthermore, to ensure we remain in operation we use cloud-based solutions for our applications and data management, ensuring we can work remotely, thus keeping our staff and yourselves safe, and can maintain the high-level of service you are accustomed to.
Whilst we’re working remotely, we will be available to contact via email and mobile so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any concerns or general business queries. Alternatively, you can arrange a call with us to discuss the situation in any way. We are happy to talk anytime. We will maintain contact with all of our clients and lawyers throughout this period and ensure we all do get through this together.
Given the accelerated spread of the virus, resulting in reduced availability of the team to attend work, we are taking the following steps:
· Protecting our critical candidate and agency payment services and prioritizing anything else in a way that limits disruption to our customers.
· Allowing our colleagues to work in shifts to help with childcare responsibilities in the event of school closures / sick children.
If invoking any part of our plan results in us providing anything less than a business-as-usual service, we will let you know.
This is an unprecedented global incident and we ask that you continue to work in partnership with us during this time.
Kind regards
Nicholas Robbins, CEO
