Nicholas Scott is working with a US law firm who is looking for a Mid-level Corporate M&A Associate (preferably England & Wales qualified) to join their renowned team and work on the most interesting and cutting edge transactions within the carbon/renewables space.  The successful individual will routinely review and/or draft sale and purchase agreements, and ideally have experience of reviewing and/or drafting joint venture arrangements. Extensive experience in dealing with large corporates and funds is required and experience within the energy and renewables sector and/or infrastructure is helpful, however by no means essential.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with significant experience in top tier M&A practices in London (preferably Magic Circle or other US although strong silver circle experience will be considered).

You will have a strong academic record, intellectual curiosity and be driven by professional growth while also being a team player.
