Nicholas Scott is working with a well-regarded national law firm who are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (4PQE+) to join their Bristol office.
The firm's Corporate Tax team is in a phase of expansion driven by ongoing success, and the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the department during this exciting period of growth.
The suitable candidate will have trained at a top-tier law firm and possess extensive experience in Corporate M&A tax work. They will have a proven track record of advising institutions, management teams, and investee companies on various transactions, offering tax structuring guidance related to investments. Additionally, they will be well-versed in providing expert tax advice to lenders and borrowers across a spectrum of financing transactions. Their expertise will extend to advising groups and their shareholders on structuring for operational activities and disposals, as well as dealing with tax covenants and warranties, deal-related insurance, and post-deal warranty and covenant claims
