Nicholas Scott is working with a US law firm who is looking for a Debt Finance Associate to join their highly ranked team.

The firm are one of the largest and transactionally voluminous debt finance practices in Europe, advising on unitranche ,TLB, second lien, bank/bond and PIK structures across large cap and middle market deals. The team has been involved in the most ground-breaking financing structures

Requirements
· Your role will include acting for financial sponsors on a wide range of financings including multi-jurisdictional leveraged and acquisition financings at all levels of capital structure multifaceted financing transactions, project finance, fund finance, special situations, debt restructurings and workouts, and public company financings.

· You will ideally be UK qualified trained at a highly regarded City firm with excellent academics and professional background.

· You will need to be highly motivated and team oriented
