Nicholas Scott is working with a highly regarded US Law Firm who are looking to hire a Projects Associate (5 to 8 PQE) with experience in energy offtake work including one or more of: renewable energy power purchase agreements, energy storage offtake agreements, environmental attribute agreements, and other price hedging agreements.

The successful candidate should have good working knowledge of UK and EU regulation related to the sale and purchase of power and related benefits. Broader experience within the energy sector in construction work would be an added benefit. Preference will be given to candidates with a background from a magic circle/silver circle and well regarded UK or international practices / another US firm.

This role will sit in the Energy & Infrastructure practice which headed up by five partners.
