Nicholas Scott is working with a US law firm who is looking for a Corporate Restructuring Associate to join their highly ranked team.

You will receive a varied workload and whilst working within a small and close-knit team in London, your individual input will be valued. You will be in close contact with other departments in London and throughout Europe, as well as with members of US corporate restructuring team.

We are looking for associates from NQ to 7 years' PQE in the London market (or similar common law jurisdiction). The role requires a candidate capable of managing client relationships and assisting clients on daily issues as they arise. Excellent written communication and drafting skills are also required as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative. You will also have the ability to assume a high degree of responsibility.  A high level of academic achievement is required.
