We are currently seeking a highly motivated 1-3PQE Banking and Finance Associate to join a prestigious US law firm in their Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a renowned US law firm on some of the most complex corporate, banking, and finance transactions across the whole Asia-Pacific region.

As a Banking and Finance Associate, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of high-profile, multi-jurisdictional and complex financial matters. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with the firm's experienced legal team to provide legal advice and strategic guidance on various banking and finance transactions. You will have trained and qualified in a Top Tier Law Firm with 1-3 years post-qualification experience in Banking and Finance and be admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales or the US.
