Nicholas Scott is working with an international law firm to find a corporate lawyer  to join their highly ranked Corporate Insurance group to work on transactional and commercial matters in the Sydney office.

The corporate insurance M&A team works on significant cross border transactions for (re)insurers, brokers and managing general agencies, traditional share/business sales, Lloyd's market deals, portfolio transfer transactions, reinsurance transactions, renewal rights deals and deals relating to Insurance Linked Securities.

The team has some of the most highly regarded corporate insurance partners in the Australian market who are consistently ranked at the top of the industry. The role also includes the opportunity to work closely with the global corporate insurance team which operates across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia and with a number of US law firms.

This role is open to both Australian and overseas qualified lawyers and they will support visa sponsorship and requalification.
